Shawn has spent 25 years in the software product and technology solutions space, combined with 15+ years of technical leadership experience.
Shawn began his career in technology as a software engineer and technical architect working for global consultancies such as Ernst and Young, BDO, and Hitachi Consulting, developing technical solutions for the Fortune 500. Since then, he has stepped into multiple senior leadership roles building global, world-class product development teams through their growth cycles, with a focus on organizational development, technical innovation, incubation of new product offerings, as well as being a change agent for product delivery effectiveness combined with high quality. During his career, Shawn has worked through a diverse range of industries including mortgage banking, property technology, automotive lending, and travel and hospitality.
